Catherine Barr RVN
Catherine has been working at Attimore since 2008, first as a receptionist, before completing her training as a veterinary nurse. She has a particular nursing interest in anaesthesia and in her spare time enjoys walking and the great outdoors. She also enjoys spending time with her two cats and two ferrets.
Ali Lake RVN
Ali has been working at Attimore since 2006. She qualified as a veterinary nurse in 1994 and particularly enjoys medical nursing, especially geriatric cats. At home she has two cats called Tiger and Noodle as well as a South American soft water aquarium full of fish and a couple of prawns! In her spare time she enjoys going travelling in her campervan.
Ruth Light RVN DipAVN (surgical)
Ruth qualified as a RVN in 1992. She is a long standing member of staff at Attimore and now works part-time to allow her to spend more time with her family. She has a Pug called Watson who often comes to the hospital for cuddles.
Graham Cox SVN
Graham is in his first year studying veterinary nursing and started with us in November 2016. He has a menagerie of pets including leopard geckos, crested geckos, a frog, toads, two snakes, a chameleon, a hamster, a rabbit and a Staffordshire Bull Terrier! His spare time is busy spent looking after all his animals.
Megan Ives SVN
Megan is in her first year studying veterinary nursing, before which she trained as a veterinary care assistant. She enjoys all aspects of nursing but in particular surgical nursing. She has two dogs, Indiana a Lurcher and Taz a Chihuahua, and a snake called Napoleon. In her spare time she enjoys gardening and reading.
Nichola Jones SVN
Nichola is in her second year of nurse training and has been at Attimore since 2015. Her clinical interests include medical nursing and laboratory work. She has a cat called Marbles and in her spare time enjoys reading, painting and spending time with her son.
